Elon Musk plans to launch an experimental private school called Ad Astra in September ahead of the 2024 to 2025 school year. Ad Astra will be based in Bastrop, Texas, a rural community that has been transformed into somewhat of a hub for several of Musk's companies.
Meta is preparing to dramatically increase computing power for its upcoming Llama 4 AI model. Meta plans to use 10x more computing power to train Llama 4. The company's strategic partnerships with major cloud providers aim to maximize the adoption and accessibility of Llama 4.
Stability AI just introduced Stable Fast 3D, an AI model that generates high-quality 3D assets from a single image in just 0.5 seconds — potentially reshaping industries from gaming to e-commerce.
The company claims it’s the most advanced humanoid robot on the planet. It will likely also be powered by OpenAI, just like the previous model, Figure 01.
The full reveal will be on August 6th. This is a tough competition for Tesla Optimus 💪
